Outcry Magazine is a non-paying PDF and CD based publication. By submitting your work to our publication, you agree that you will not be paid by Outcry Magazine.

You agree that you will retain the copyright to your work and grant Outcry Magazine one-time, non-exclusive electronic publishing rights.

You acknowledge that Outcry Magazine would like to keep your work archived in PDF format as long as the magazine is running.

You acknowledge that you are the author of the work that you are submitting and that you still hold the copyright to re-distribute your work.

Submit the following: Essays, articles, poetry, cartoons, music MP3's with a band profile, film reviews, Sundance or other festival coverage, artwork, photographs. It's the Magazine about nothing, so anything goes. We take anything impressive. We want to show your work to the world. All genres welcome.

 

Look at previous issues to see what we have published in the past.

 

Photographers please submit in JPG format. Please keep it under 2 megabytes in size.

 

We can read/look/listen in most formats. If it's really strange we will contact you.
